• Designed to provide a break from the daily responsibilities of caregiving, and can be a helpful resource for families and caregivers who may be feeling overwhelmed or stressed. 

• Respite can be a valuable resource for families and caregivers, as it allows you to take some time for yourself and recharge, while trusting that your loved one is well cared for.

• Supported Living Services (SLS), sometimes referred to as Independent Living, provides people with developmental disabilities with support where they need it—at home and in the communities where they live.
